This new beach resort was composed of  4 swimming pools, 7 restaurants, a 300m long wooden boardwalk along sea shore.

Construction was ruled by Barcelona treaty conditions: minimum carting away from site, minimum concrete constructions, ecological treatment for waste and energy saving issues…

Challenge was to built the whole project in less than 4 months: works started on  April 1st and resort was opened to public on July 9th.
