CMC, the market leader in construction material supply , is aiming to regroup all its activities, currently spread over many buildings, in one location, in Beirut industrial suburb of Dekwaneh.

Project will be composed of 3 buildings:

Building “A” will host the showroom on ground floor and mezzanine, the offices on upper floors, in addition to all facilities: parkings, recreational spaces, conference rooms, etc..

Building “B” will be composed of  of warehouse storage floors, 2 underground, and 5 upper floors with high ceilings clearance and wide access and elevators for handling machines.

Building “C” will be a metallic structure of three floors serving as warehouse.

Project is scheduled to start in 2018 as soon as submitted permit is obtained.
