Located in Beirut industrial zone of Quarantina, surrounded by factories and warehouses, this office building had to have a strong identity to stand out from others.

Functionality and natural lighting of offices were the main concern, big glazed areas with sun shades were adopted to maximize comfort of users and energy consumption.
