Located in the urban Easter suburb of Beirut city, challenge was to deliver this 14 levels building composed of 4 underground basements, ground floor with mezzanine retail space, and 8 upper offices levels in 11 month only.

Latest technology post-tensioned concrete, GRC sunshades, composite panels cladding and curtain wall Low-E glazing in addition to working basements under the existing water table were big concerns, but nevertheless the project was delivered on time.
