Instead of demolishing it, Owner wanted to renovate this family heritage building, turning it into a luxurious villa, by a total interior transformation and by adding an indoor pool opened to outside terrace at basement level.

Ecological issues were a main concern, design , construction and material used were made to obtain a minimal energy consumption villa.

Surrounding gardens were also designed to match with the new villa shape.
